Order Processing

All products are made to order and are submitted for production shortly after an order is placed. Most orders are accepted and processed immediately.

Our products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production and fulfillment before your order ships. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, and fulfillment partner schedules.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Economy Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days after shipment
  • Most affordable shipping option
  • Tracking may be limited depending on the carrier

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking information

Please note that shipping times begin after production and fulfillment are completed.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within:

  • Economy Shipping: Approximately 6–15 business days from the order date
  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 4–12 business days from the order date

Shipping Delays

Encinas Unfiltered is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Holidays or peak shipping periods
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, we may be unable to modify the order. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and any supporting photos or information.

We will work with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to investigate and resolve the issue.
